Options for a one stick, two stick, or three stick for light, medium, or heavy oak flavors. This is the amount of wood actual put into each Bottle. This allows the Buyer to age them to their desired tastes. These will range from 95 to 110 proof. These are run proof, meaning we bottle it after each run and the proof is what it ends up at. Again, we never cut our whiskey.
